The
consistent drought conditions have resulted in a
historic change in the way the Toledo Bend Spillway is
operated. The reservoir is so low that they can no
longer generate. In order to meet downstream contract
requirements, they're having to release water through
the spillway. Check out the best whitewater the state
has ever seen!
